Responsibilities of the Council as an employer

Appraisals - guidelines on how to conduct a review, do's and don'ts, questioning techniques and feedback, agreeing development needs, setting objectives

Overview of employment policies - disciplinary and grievance

Open forum and coaching to discuss specific 'real' issues
