Planning Applications are normally discussed by the Parish Council which usually meets on the second Monday of the month. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.

Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the Parish, the controlling authority is Shropshire Council Planning Committee which can choose to take on board or ignore Weston Rhyn Parish Council's comments.
