Members Code of Conduct
Further to the Localism Act 2011 Waverley CC is obliged to adopt a code of conduct. The Local Government Association produced a new Code of Conduct in 2021, which was adopted by RMBC who investigate alleged breaches of the Code. Thus Waverley CC adopted this new Code as well.
We have a Clerk to the Council that works with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to deliver projects for Waverley Community Council working 15 hours per week. She can be contacted by phone or email.
The Clerk is also the Responsible Finance Officer. She manages the finances and the auditors.
The Community Council has no other employees.
