I moved to Skelton with work in 2000. Now retired as a professional engineer, I was in aviation throughout my working life in the Royal Air Force, Industry and the Civil Service. I have been a parish councillor for most of the time I have lived in Skelton and for 8 years I was also one of our CYC Ward Councillors. My aims for the Parish Council are to understand and - where we can - represent the needs of the Residents, make Skelton a better place to live and protect our rural environment. In addition to the considerable local government knowledge and experience I bring to the Parish Council, I have considerable work experience of personnel, engineering and project management; team working and Leadership.

Special Responsibilities/Interests: Chairman, Finance and HR Panel, Publicity Officer.
