Adrian Mansell, I have been a long standing member of the Skelton Parish Council, Passionate about the village and proactive in maintaining the appearance of this beautiful and historic Parish. Lived in Skelton for over 21 years and before that I lived in Rawcliffe parish for over 30 years, so know the area well.
