Hire a room

At Redbourn Parish Centre the Main Hall and Conference Room are available for hire between 8.00 am and 11.30 pm every day and are frequently booked for business meetings, training, weekly exercise classes, children's birthday parties and other events.

Booking rates for both rooms are the same and as follows:

  • Private Hire: £20 per hour including VAT
  • Businesses/Commercial Use: £25 per hour including VAT or £22 per hour including VAT for regular hirers or bookings exceeding 8 hours.
  • 1 hour minimum hire, fees payable in advance at the time of booking

Make a booking request

Prior to making a room hire booking request please read through our terms and conditions of hire.

Having done so you can then make a booking request by completing the online form below.

Once submitted your request will be sent straight to the deputy clerk who will be in contact with you to discuss discuss the hire, your requirements, payment and access arrangements etc. in more detail.

Conditions of Hire

I/we agree to the following conditions:
1. Hire period is from time of entry until departure
2. Premises must be left clean and tidy as found
3. There is no damage deposit payable but if damage occurs or premises not left clean and tidy you will be charged for repair and/or cleaning
4. Hire charge includes electricity, heating and use of WIFI.
5. A Temporary Event Notice has been issued by St Albans District Council if selling and serving alcohol during the hire
5. Once booking is confirmed you will receive an invoice and payment must be made prior to booking
6. Cancellation Conditions: If notification is given 2 weeks prior to the booking a full refund will be given.

Free WI-FI available throughout the Parish Centre details displayed in the foyer

MAIN HALL:

Capacity: 100 people standing, 80 people seated

CONFERENCE ROOM:

Capacity: 40 people seated in rows, 18 people in u-shape
