Redbourn Parish Council funds the Citizens Advice Redbourn Outreach a fortnightly drop-in service at Redbourn Parish Centre. They offer free, confidential and impartial advice with the goal of helping everyone to find a way forward, whatever the problem they face.

The service is open from 10 am to 12 pm on the second and fourth Monday in each month. They offer advice on areas such as: Welfare benefits, applying for blue badge, older persons disable travel card or taxi vouchers, managing on a low income, housing, energy cost-saving, local activities and support groups, and local options for help with transport.

In addition to this, for people in Redbourn who would find it difficult to access the service at the Parish centre at these times, they will come and meet people wherever or whenever if one or more of the following applies to you: You are over 65, have a long-term physical or mental health problem, mobility issues or you are a carer.
