Cllr Darryl Smalley

Parish Councillor and City of York Councillor

I was elected to represent Clifton Without Parish Council and City of York Council in May 2019. I have a keen interest in seeing local services delivered properly, for the benefit of all residents. I moved to York from Lincolnshire in 2016, and in my spare time I enjoy cycling, travelling and playing squash.

Cllr Derek Wann

Parish Councillor and City of York Councillor

I was co-opted onto the Parish Council in 2014 having moved to York from Edinburgh. I believe that small changes can make large difference to people's quality of life, and hope to be able to improve Clifton (Without) through my work on the Council.

Cllr Sam Waudby

Parish Councillor and City of York Councillor

I was elected to represent Clifton Without Parish Council and City of York Council in May 2019. I wanted to become a councillor for Rawcliffe and Clifton Without because I wanted to help residents with their issues and concerns within the area and give residents a voice when they feel they aren't heard. I have lived in this area for the last 20 years and I really enjoy living in this community. In my spare time I like walking, crafts and bingo
