Planning Applications

The Parish Council is notified of all Planning Applications submitted in relation to properties within the Parish. These are discussed by the full Council at its next meeting. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.

Whilst the Parish Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the Parish, the controlling authority is the West Northamptonshire Council who can choose to take on board our comments or decide to ignore them.
