The Parish Council aims to deliver good services, however, we understand that from time to time things may go wrong.
Where our service does not meet customer expectations we want to know about it so that we can investigate and, where necessary, make improvements.
The Council have introduced a Complaints Policy & Procedure and Feedback Form to help customers give us the information we need to undertake investigations.
