Local ATC Cadets Win Logo Competition

Local ATC Cadets Win Logo Competition

In April 2018 the Cheltenham branch of the Royal Air Forces Association will be holding an exhibition to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Royal Air Force.

Cadets from the 125 (Charlton Kings) Squadron of the Cheltenham based Air Training Corps won all 3 prizes in the competition to design a logo and the winning entry was submitted by Cadet Flight Sergeant Benjamin Tapp, and second and third prizes were won by Cadet Joshua Cowling and Cadet James Roberts. The photo shows the 3 cadets at the awards ceremony and Cadet Flight Sergeant Tapp is holding the winning logo which will be used in promotional literature for the exhibition. Congratulations to all three cadets!

Christmas Fayre

Christmas Fayre

Fun was had by all on Friday 8th December at the Christmas Fayre. Father Christmas turned on the lights on Church Piece and entertainment was provided by St Edward's Preparatory School Choir, Scarrotts Funfair, the Coady Crew Dance Group, and Black Rock Reptiles. In addition to a variety of stalls, refreshments were provided by local businesses - the Merryfellow, the Royal and the Cheltenham Wine Company.
